The tasks of capacitors include energy storage. They protect against equipment shutting down if power is lost. Other functions of capacitors are, for example, coupling, decoupling, responding to changes in external factors or providing a pulse during motor starting. We will encounter capacitors in the power supply systems of various domestic and industrial equipment.
